Building the perfect burrito

I'm ready for the high-paying field of Mexican food preparation after having mastered the burrito fold on Nick. It encases him in a tasty little tortilla. It doesn't quite solve the genetically inspired flailing arms, but he makes one cool little bundle.

What a cutie pie! Prior to the birth of her "Great," and my "Grand" daughter, my Mom and I referred to her as out "little Taco," since her Mom indulged in multiple Mexican dinner meals a week! Well, Elizabeth Rose is now 13, and there is no argument amongst those who love her that she is the Big Enchilada with her Granny! Love those Texas Metaphors. Blessings and Congrats to you and Tiffany. Let the Fun Begin! Eileen
